The Role:
As a barista at [Corporate Financial Site], you will be responsible for serving top-quality coffee and beverages to our esteemed employees and guests. Your main tasks will include:
- Crafting a wide range of coffees, teas, and speciality beverages to perfection.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing a high volume of orders during peak times while maintaining efficiency.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and related areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Expert knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the demands of a busy corporate site.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Working Hours:
This is a Monday to Friday-position with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and weekends off will allow you to pursue your personal passions and spend quality time with loved ones.
