Chef de Partie Needed!
We are seeking a strong and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) with restaurant and events background. You will be part of a talented brigade of 15 chefs, working across both the Members restaurant and Events kitchen.
Location: London
Salary: £32,130 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work)
Overtime: Paid overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering menus including fork buffets, working lunches, canape receptions, bowl food, and formal plated lunches and dinners
- Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and efficient kitchen operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, following all hygiene and health & safety regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a reputable hospitality establishment
- Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a passion for learning and developing skills
- Adaptable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards
