What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing exceptional dishes that reflect the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Running your section with precision and flair, ensuring everything is perfect, every time.
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene to the highest standards (because we know you’re all about that food safety life!).
• Contributing to menu development and creating dishes that wow our guests.
• Keeping your cool in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in higher-end hotels or restaurants – We want someone who knows their way around a top-tier kitchen.
• Food & Hygiene Qualifications – You’ve got the certifications that prove you take kitchen safety and quality seriously.
• Other Culinary Certifications – Bonus points if you have extra skills up your sleeve!
• A passion for the culinary arts, with an eye for detail and creativity.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
