We are currently hiring for the position of Chef de Partie (CDP) at our private club. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in preparing various sauces from scratch and be knowledgeable in dressings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel
Knowledge and expertise in creating and preparing a wide range of sauces and dressings
Ability to work 5 days a week, with occasional weekend shifts
Annual salary of £33,190
