WE ARE LOOKING FOR a CHEF DE PARTIE!
This is an amazing opportunity to join Monday – Friday life balanced position.
Chef de partie will need to have a knowledge of managing all sections:
Butcher, Fish Chef, Fry Chef, Grill Chef, Pantry Chef, Roast Chef, Saute Chef, Vegetable Chef and Pastry Chef.
We are closed on bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year!
Chef de partie must:
– Can confidently and successfully run a kitchen section.
Have right to work in the UK
– Someone who is organised, hard-working and takes pride in training the junior members.
– Chef de partie must have an employment history working within reputable restaurants, hotels, or members clubs.
– Have a Level 2 or Level 3 certificates
