Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and service.
- Ensure consistency and timing standards while following recipes.
- Expand your culinary skills to elevate team performance.
- Oversee a kitchen section during daily service (rotating for personal development).
- Prepare and cook specific portions of plated meals.
- Assist with food preparation, marinating, cutting, and pre-cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated section.
- Support fellow chefs and apprentices, delegating tasks as needed.
- Execute cooking quickly and efficiently to our high standards.
- Actively seek improvement and advancement in your skills and performance.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 – £32,000.

Working Hours:
- Earliest: 6:00 AM (on rare occasions when covering breaks), otherwise 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
- Latest: 10:00 PM (extended to 10:30 PM for final desserts).
- Full-Time: Permanent, 40 hours per week.
- Work Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
Requirements and Skills:
- Prior experience in high-end hotels, restaurants, or high-volume establishments.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to delegate multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Stay current with food and beverage trends and best practices.
