We are seeking 3 talented and experienced CHEF DE PARTIEs who have previously worked in prestigious 5-star Hotel or fine dining establishments. As a valued member of the culinary brigade, you’ll collaborate with seasoned Executive Chefs, crafting delectable dishes using the finest, freshest ingredients available.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in food preparation and creation in our client centre kitchen, upholding the highest standards 
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, client specifications, and regulations 
  • Work closely with our team to consistently deliver exceptional culinary experiences 
  • Provide support across the department’s kitchen operations as required 

About you: 

  • Passionate about hospitality and meticulous attention to detail 
  • Demonstrable experience in renowned 5-star Hotel or fine dining environments 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within your designated section 
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented mindset 
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development in a dynamic setting
