Facilities Coordinator – 40k – Stunning London Bridge location!

Main responsibilities;

  • Manage Concierge Desk Services on the 7th Floor Visitor Floor from 8:00am to 18:00 

  • Inspecting meeting rooms and visitor areas to ensure they are ready for use. Daily floor walks & audits including for cleaning standards.

  • All faults, issues or concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely & effective manner

  • Hold team briefings with the Concierge Team, Day Housekeeping Team and Evening Team

  • Stock monitoring and ordering and mail/post management of building
