Job Title: Head Chef – Hospitality

Location: Central London

Salary: £45k -£50k[depending on experience]

We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our Hospitality Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end fine dining and event catering, with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and leading a team.


  • Oversee two chefs in the ground floor kitchen and three chefs in the hospitality kitchen, for a total team of five
  • Design and create high-level hospitality fine dining menus, as well as finger food for events
  • Control menu writing and design with approval from management
  • Lead the team in providing exceptional culinary experiences for guests
  • Ensure consistent quality, adherence to company standards, and overall profitability
  • Provide simple breakfast and lunch offers for hospitality café, salads, soup, and sandwiches
  • On average, three evening events per week with overtime paid at 1.5 hours for functions
  • Provide fine dining, bowl food, buffets, and finger food in the upstairs kitchen
  • Maintain effective communication with management and team members


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end fine dining and event catering
  • Ability to lead a team and provide mentorship and training
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning and cost control
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for providing exceptional culinary experiences
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
