Retail Head Chef – £45,000 / 40 hours + Bonus
– Monday to Friday
– Managing a team of 25
– Hours 7am – 3:30pm
– 1000 covers for Lunch
Street Food Head Chef – £45,000-£50,000 / 40 hours + Bonus
– Monday to Thursday. Friday is Admin Day
– Hours 7am – 3:30pm
– 300 lunch, fast-paced
– Team: 1 Sous +1 Jr. Sous
British Fine Dining Head Chef – £45,000-£50,000
– Monday to Thursday. Friday is Admin Day
– Hours 7am – 3:30pm
– 100-150 lunch
– Team: 3 CDP (1 to be promoted to Sous as a Second Hand)
Hospitality and Event Head Chef – £50,000 + Bonus
– Monday to Friday
– Managing staff
– Implementing standard procedures
