**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Butler to join our team in a prestigious corporate office in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, five-star hotels, banqueting, and managing large-volume VIP events. This role requires a hardworking, flexible, and proactive individual who can meet the diverse needs of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee and coordinate all dining service activities within the corporate office.
– Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained for all meals and events.
– Manage a team of waitstaff, providing training and support as needed.
– Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including banquets and VIP gatherings.
– Adapt to the specific requirements and preferences of clients, demonstrating flexibility and a customer-focused approach.
– Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
**Experience Required:**
– Proven experience in fine dining, five-star hotel environments, banqueting, and managing large-scale VIP events.
