We are currently seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Manager to join our world-class events team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 – £42,000 per year (depending on experience). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 people in a corporate hospitality setting, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 10 people to ensure they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service
- Liaising with clients and the head of events to ensure the successful delivery of events from conception to execution
- Maintaining accurate and timely administrative tasks
- Ensuring high levels of attention to detail to ensure smooth event execution
- Managing budgets and maintaining financial records for each event
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale events in a corporate hospitality setting
- Strong administrative skills, with experience managing budgets and financial records
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience managing canapé receptions up to 300 guests and sit-down dinners for 80-100 covers
