As the leader of this operation, you will be responsible for driving the highest standard of service to both internal colleagues and external clients. You will ensure that all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are adhered to through proactive and competent management oversight, support, and planning processes.
You will develop and motivate your team, influence senior stakeholders, and execute first-class food and beverage service within these facilities. Your excellent leadership skills and dedication to service will be essential to maintain a culture of delivering a quality personalized service to all clients, customers, and stakeholders.
In this role, you will oversee the Client Centre operations to deliver immaculate first-class service by developing and implementing global operating standards and procedures. You will maintain a high quality, consistent, turn-key service experience while ensuring overall safety and security. You will also analyse and review metrics relating to space utilization, visitor statistics, consumption, and sales mix to plan and develop service levels accordingly.
You will work closely with senior level executives of the firm to support their specific meeting needs and ensure the success of their programs, meetings, and events. You will manage and develop ‘Know your Customer’ initiatives, use these platforms to deliver service-specific measurable initiatives demonstrating client and customer focus, and develop marketing and communication programs enabling all media channels to promote and develop Client Centre services.
In addition to your leadership and teamwork skills, you will also be responsible for managing risk, controls, and conduct. You will review scheduling of meeting space and services in order to maximize utilization, produce financial P&L reports relating to Client & Conference Centres, and ensure compliance with company code of conduct. You will define business continuity, security, health & safety, and fire life safety protocol across all sites, including issue escalation processes.
