Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised individual to fill the role of Office Assistant. In this position, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors and directing them to the appropriate parties
  • Maintaining and organising files, both paper and electronic
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing calendars
  • Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and payments
  • Assisting with report and presentation preparation
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
