Our client is a Luxury Events company seeking an Office & Staff Manager!
Monday to Friday only – No weekends! Immediate start available!
They provide luxury events to some of the best brands in the world and this role would be based in their lovely HQ in Camberwell, South London.
As Office & Staff Manager you would be responsible for recruitment, booking, and liaising with recruitment agencies to book hospitality staff for their amazing events! You would also be co-ordinating new staff inductions and providing day to day HR assistance!
It is vital you have experience with payroll responsibilities as you would be checking timesheets to ensure employees working at the events have correctly recorded their hours worked!
The Office & Staff Manager would also be actively recruiting new staff members to join our clients’ fabulous events team.
Building amazing relationships across the company you would also support Event Managers and Finance Managers by creating event sheets, invoicing clients and collecting credit card payment for confirmed events!
General administration plus ordering of office supplies and purchasing supplies as required.
Any other duties as required to maintain a safe, clean, and happy office environment!
