We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our recruitment processes in the Hospitality Department.  The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in recruitment operations or Hospitality, and a passion for driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the performance of recruitment teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
  • Managing diverse client needs with excellence in food service and delivery.
  • Providing exceptional people management, motivation, and support
  •  Meeting financial targets and ensuring food safety standards
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to secure future clients and build the number of operations you manage.
  • Collaborate with CEO of the business to define operational objectives, establish KPIs, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and automation within recruitment operations, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the recruitment department, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment operations, incorporating relevant insights into operational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment operations management/Hospitality Management, with a minimum of  2years in a leadership role within the recruitment industry. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvement initiatives and implementing operational best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
