Responsibilities:

  • Craft delectable pastries and desserts that embody our culinary vision.
  • Lead service, meticulously tasting and ensuring each dish meets our impeccable standards.
  • Collaborate in evolving the menu, aligning with seasonal ingredients to showcase the finest elements.
  • Safeguard stock availability by efficiently reordering depleted items.
  • Master the proper use and maintenance of equipment, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Swiftly report maintenance needs to the Head Pastry Chef to uphold seamless operations.
