We are seeking a Passionate Pastry Chef: Unleash Your Skills in our client’s Michelin star Kitchen!

Are you a pastry enthusiast with exceptional skills and knowledge?

We are seeking an inspiring Pastry Chef to join our client’s phenomenal kitchen team at their stunning French restaurant in Central London.

Working as a team of 5 you will have the opportunity to showcase your pastry expertise and contribute to the exceptional culinary excellence. at this Michelin star Restaurant.

The Pastry Chef will have;

  • Solid experience as a Pastry chef in a fine dining environment, ideally at multi rosette and / or Michelin star level.
  • A real passion for pastry to produce high quality menus with style and imagination.
  • Great understanding of and compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents.
  • Assist in maintaining food stocks within budget, ordering and controlling inventory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Exceptional time management skills and punctuality.
  • Proficiency in pastry techniques
