  • Oversee kitchen operations and maintain consistent food quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovations into daily operations.
  • Implement strict control and accounting procedures.
  • Manage stock levels, quality, and purchasing policies.
  • Monitor food wastage and maximize cost-efficiency.
  • Contribute to menu planning and changes while prioritizing safety.
  • Align department activities with organizational objectives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Efficiently allocate staff duties and responsibilities.
  • Attend to staff queries and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
