I have a great opportunity available around St.Pauls at one of the biggest European financial institutions.

This is a Monday-to-Friday position that involves staff dining and hospitality.

The team is 1 Head Chef 1 CDP and a KP.

On retail, they do 60 breakfasts and +60 lunch 

The average hours are from 6.30-15.00 o’clock with additional overtime in case of a 

We are looking for someone with a creative flare, who has experience with menu development in fine dining and brasserie styles of food as well.

Also important to mention that you will have to have a strong financial understanding to be able to work the price backward.

Overtime is paid 1.5* and they have an average of 10 hours of overtime.

This position can be ideal for a Senior Sous Chef or a Head Chef that is looking for a smaller site with low covers.
