The Salary is ranging from £38-40k on the 40-hour basis[depending on experience]
Cuisine Modern British Fine Dining.
Sit-down dinners up to 300 covers.High-profile clients.
Mostly Monday to Friday with rare Saturdays and even fewer Sundays.
They have 6 permanent staff + Agency in the kitchen.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running.
