Sous Chef
£35k+Bonus

We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. The role is a full-time position working, 5 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (with last orders are at 10 pm,)

The Club
The Private members club is an exclusive private members Club with a Grade II*-listed Clubhouse in central London. The Club has 46 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, 3 banqueting suites, 2 bars, 2 squash courts, a billiards room, and extensive libraries. The Club has nearly 5000 members.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is highly personable, passionate about delivering five-star service and thrives in a busy working environment where no two shifts are ever the same. Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Good attention to details
- High standard of food preparation
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef with a proven track record
Main Duties
- Run and supervise any kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef
- Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
- Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared food
- Support all chefs in delivering the required standard of food
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
