Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef with a track record of working in kitchens specializing in various cuisines.
- Culinary education or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques and a willingness to experiment with diverse ingredients.
- Experience in menu development and a flair for creating unique and memorable dishes.
This is an exciting role for someone that wants to be known as a Top Chef within the catering sector.
Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week, day time shifts and £45k-£50k per year.
