  • Utilize your extensive experience to craft innovative and enticing dishes that cater to different tastes and preferences.
  • Lead the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate new and exciting elements into the menu offerings.


  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef with a track record of working in kitchens specializing in various cuisines.
  • Culinary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques and a willingness to experiment with diverse ingredients.
  • Experience in menu development and a flair for creating unique and memorable dishes.

This is an exciting role for someone that wants to be known as a Top Chef within the catering sector.

Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week, day time shifts and £45k-£50k per year.
