🍽️ Join the Team as a Sous Chef 🍽️

We’re searching for a talented Sous Chef to play a pivotal role in a gorgeous Corporate site minutes walk from Liverpool Street St. As a Sous Chef , you’ll step into the shoes of the Head Chef, overseeing the kitchen’s production-to-service operations. Your mission is to create exquisite dishes that satisfy the diverse tastes of our bustling establishment, serving approximately 15,000 guests.

🔪 Responsibilities:

Deputize for the Head Chef: You’ll be the right-hand to the Head Chef, assisting in managing the kitchen’s day-to-day operations.

📦 Supply Coordination: Proficiency in liaising with suppliers over the phone is a must. You’ll ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies, guaranteeing our culinary creations are nothing short of exceptional.

🍲 Culinary Creativity: Your culinary repertoire will shine as you craft a variety of dishes, from partly ready foods to fresh, ready-to-serve delicacies that leave our guests craving for more.

🏢 Multi-Floor Environment: You’ll operate in a dynamic environment spanning three floors, including a café on the premises. On busy days like Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, expect to serve around 1,000 diners. Quieter days still keep you busy with approximately 500 guests to cater to.

🎉 Event Planning: Beyond daily operations, you’ll take centre stage in planning and executing culinary events. Your expertise will ensure that every event leaves a lasting, mouth-watering memory for our guests.

🍽️ Restaurant In-house: Our establishment also houses a restaurant, adding an extra layer of excitement to your culinary journey. You’ll thrive in this dynamic setting, where creativity knows no bounds.
