Role : Supervisor
Location : Soho, Battersea, Hampstead and South Kensington
Base Salary : £24,000 – £26,000
Job Type : Full time – Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Store Manager with the daily running of the shop
- Proactive to achieving KPIs, Targets, Shift Planning and Managing the team
- Creating a comfortable environment for the Team and Customers
- Be able to recognise the strengths and weaknesses of the team
Skills and Experience :
- Retail or Hospitality experience required
- Experience cashing up and managing discrepancies
- Ability to Manage teams and customers expectations
- Customer service in a fast paced enviroment
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and inform the manager on team members performance. As well as using customer feedback to improve customer experience in the store.
