B&I Catering

  1. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage options.
  3. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and ensure prompt and efficient service.
  4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and attentive manner, adhering to presentation and quality standards.
  5. Ensure guests’ special requests or dietary restrictions are accommodated and communicated accurately to the kitchen.
  6. Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions accurately, following company procedures.
  7. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
  8. Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to a supervisor if necessary.
  9. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning tasks as assigned.
  10. Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  11. Uphold the company’s standards for customer service, hospitality, and professionalism at all times.
  12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
  13. Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  14. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  15. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
  16. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is desirable.
  17. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, resolving guest issues with tact and diplomacy.
